My offerings are for people who want to practice feeling their emotions, tuning in to their inner wisdom, and trying out different practices during session. We will check in and chat for about 20 minutes and then transition to a practice.
I will faciliate the session based on your needs and intention.
Sessions are an hour long and can be faciliatated virtually through Zoom or in person in San Diego area.

This can be for people who want to get insight about what their community role is. Or people changing their name or appearance, or going through gender affirming care procedures. This is for people who desire to take up space in their truth.
We can use tools like journaling, altar creation, art, guided meditation, movement, and somatic practices.

Akasha means ether in sanskrit. It is an ethereal realm and consciousness we can connect to and access information. In here exists all that was, is, and will be simultaneously. In here exists the essence of your soul. Experiences from parallel lives. Your inner wisdom.
I will guide the meditation journey based on your intention. The tools we will use are my pathway prayer, guided visualization, drumming, breathing. I will share intuitive messages I receive as well.
Let me hold you and support you as you sit with the feeling of grief. This can be grief from transitions like quitting a job, moving to a different place, ending a relationship, or having a medical procedure like an abortion or gender affirming procedures. This can also be grief from mourning the death of a loved one, past versions of yourself, or what could have been. There is room for your emotions here. It’s okay to release.

I will help you connect to your body and to express yourself. Let’s get out of our head and into our bodies. Tap into the wisdom and messages of your body. Express your emotions and take up space with your body and existence. Expand your capacity to feel and learn how to soothe your being. Learn to trust your intuition and to honor the requests from your body like setting boundaries, going after your desires, and honoring your body cues like resting. Learn to trust yourself and your choices.
Tools that can be practice during session include somatic practices, breathing, movement, dancing, meditation, connecting to nature, music, drumming, humming, singing, and nurturing self touch.
