Join us the first Monday of the Month for some Movement Medicine. Our next session will be 5/5/25 6:30PM-8PM at the Brown Building 4133 Poplar St, San Diego, CA 92105

This is a space that is open to everyone and centered to Queer, Trans, and BIPOC. Mask wear is required. I will provide some if needed. There is a max capacity for 5 participants per group. The space is wheelchair accessible.

I will guide us in gentle movement and somatic practices to connect to our bodies and express our emotions. I will also guide us to connect to each other’s presence and be witnessed by one another.

I will offer prompts as options and I ultimately invite you to honor your body and your capacity and move in ways that feel resonant for you.
